From the town of Roden, the Netherlands, comes more evidence that the world has indeed gone mad.
A shoplifter steals a pricey tent from a camping-goods store. The thief gets away, but the store's surveillance cameras have gotten a good look at her, and the owner decides to print a few large photos of the perp and tape them to the emporium's walls.
Then the police arrive. To track down the thief, right?
Don't be silly. The cops are there to gravely inform the shopkeeper he's breaking the law. Copyright law, to be precise. You see, the lady in the pictures has to give permission for the "publication" of her portrait.
